 Michael Torgesen has been involved in both personal injury and criminal defense law since the beginning of his legal career. Following law school, he worked as an insurance defense attorney, gaining valuable experience and insight into the defense perspective. He quickly determined that working on behalf of injured parties was more in line with his personal philosophy and he has since exclusively represented plaintiffs in personal injury cases, tapping into his defense experience for the benefit of his clients. Michael also enjoys his work as a criminal defense attorney in all levels of criminal law, misdemeanor and felonies, from pre-charging to appeals.

Mr. Torgesen holds a J.D. from Willamette University College of Law (‘03), as well as a B.A. (’98) from the University of Washington.
